The exhausting adjustment in one direction or another requires us to, at some point, take a break and sit or lie down.  Unfortunately, balance is short-lived, and every attempt leads to exhaustion or a crashing to the ground. Work and life are like music; when you find the proper harmony, you can dance the night away. You fill with energy, a rhythm that overcomes emotions, setbacks, and challenges.   Rhythm is like our heartbeat even when the pace increases; the action or sound is the same. It creates consistency and predictability, which is necessary to increase our capacity.   Our rhythm is in our core daily habits. They create the patterns that are the building blocks of harmony in our life. Moreover, they are habits that remain unchanged regardless of our tempo or mood. Their consistency brings us harmony. Align your habits with your priority. This will increase your capacity and bring harmony.
